This large 4 bedroom home is split over 2 levels. Upstairs houses the main living area with combined dinning and lounge opening onto the upstairs deck which features a BBQ and stunning views over the ocean. There is a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs including the main bedroom which features a walk in robe, air conditioning and ensuite. Also located on the top level is a study area, bathroom and seperate toilet, laundry including washer and dryer and an outdoor area with clothes line.
Downstairs has a family room with a second TV, second bathroom and 2 sizeable bedrooms, 1 containing a tri-bunk bed and the other a comfortable double. The downstairs patio has a relaxed outdoor setting to enjoy your morning coffee as you watch the surfers arrive at Currumbin Alley.
This home has everything you need for a relaxing family holiday. There is plenty of space to keep the kids entertained and it is walking distance to the beach. A large flat screen TV is in the main living area with a small collection of DVDs for your enjoyment. There are ceiling fans in the downstairs areas so you stay comfortable through the summer months. This home includes the use of WiFi.
There are bus stops at your door step so it's easy to leave the car at home, The Pines shopping centre and Currumbin Wild Life Sanctuary are both a short distance away. Local shops and cafes are located within walking distance.
