The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, en suite and plenty of storage space for all your holiday luggage. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has a single bed with an extra mattress if needed.

This unit offers ceiling fans throughout to ensure comfort all year round, you might never want to leave the unit!

The unit is well equipped with its own laundry. Washing machine + dryer included.

Please note this unit is on the top floor with no lift access available. 

In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party & No Commercial Functions policy
as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area " Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.
