The property features a large outdoor entertainment deck so you can enjoy the day reading a book with the sound of the waves or just taking in the ocean air.
The main bedroom has a queen bed with an ensuite, the second bedroom has a queen bed overlooking the ocean and the third bedroom has 2 single beds (and a cot).
The main bathroom features a bath and separate shower.
Kitchen facilities include dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave and nespresso coffee machine.
Optus Fetch TV and WIFI is included.
Ceiling fans are fitted to all bedrooms and the living room.
Plenty of off street parking.
Pets are permitted at this property which has a large gated/fenced backyard - please advise breed when booking.
Linen (sheets, pillowcases, tea towels, bath towels) is provided at this property
We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwasher tablets, Nespresso pods, washing up liquid etc.
In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party & No Commercial Functions policy as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.
